We pride ourselves on our safety and set a goal of a zero incident rate. Our Safety Managers are active members of United Contractors Safety and Insurance Committee which allows us to remain up to date with current industry practices and procedures.

We have implemented a highly successful Safety Rewards Program which rewards the safe practices of our employees and helps reaffirm our commitment to safe work practices.

JMB is proud to maintain an EMR (Experience Modification Rate) average of 0.67 over the last three years, which is considered excellent by industry standards.
